Returning an item
Returning an item
You must notify us of non-delivery within 3 days of the invoice date, and of shortages and damages within 7 days.
We hope you will be happy with the goods you have received. If however you would like to return an item please call or e-mail us and we will supply a returns number. All items will have to be returned in an unaltered, re-saleable condition and where the goods are unwanted the cost of the return is at your expense. A credit note or refund will be processed when the goods are received.
Please note, in the case of faulty items, these must be reported within 90 days of the invoice date or credit cannot be raised. When reporting faulty items you must include the product code and the reason why the item is faulty.
All returns are to be sent to our warehouse at the following address: One For Fun Ltd, Building 7, Eye Airfield Industrial Estate, Ipswich Road, Brome, Suffolk IP23 8AW.

NOISY PUTTY
Product Description
All of our slime products are safe, non-toxic, and in line with all EU toy safety regulations. Test reports and official certifications can be made available upon request – see below for more details.The putty is housed in a suitable shaped jar so that when a finger is inserted a repulsive noise is made.
Safety Information:
Tobar products are rigorously tested against EN71-1, EN71-2, EN71-3 and other relevant standards. Where necessary, third-party accredited companies ensure these products conform to the European Toy Safety Directive. Under EN71-3, slimes are classed as a liquid or sticky toy material and the limit for boron is 300mg/kg. Putties, under EN71-3, are classified as a pliable toy material and the Boron limit is 1200mg/kg. All of our slime and putties fall below these limits. We are happy that our products conform to UK and EU legislation and are safe for children to use. Copies of the product test certificates are available upon request.
